At Pactimo we are growing and to keep this going we need great people to join our existing UK & Ireland custom clothing sales team who share the same love and passion for the clothing as we do.

Pactimo was born in Colorado, the epicenter of North American cycling, and produces cycling, triathlon and running custom clothing. Over 1.6 million garments to Olympians, national champions, teams, clubs and individual cyclists around the world have been produced. Inspiration is derived from Colorado’s breath-taking beauty and extreme conditions to develop cycling clothing for every climate, elevation and adventure.

This flexible CUSTOM SALES REP (UK & Ireland) role is perfect for an ambitious individual who would have extra time in their week over and above existing commitments. We ask for a minimum of 3-5 hours a week to bring on board new custom clients to Pactimo, whether it be cycling/triathlon clubs, events or various groups taking on challenges. This commitment can be managed as you see fit, you would be responsible for organising your time in the role in order to meet sales targets.

The role is made easy with the amazing custom clothing offering Pactimo provides its clients. From low minimums, none on reorders, online team stores, delivery guaranteed in 4 weeks, unsurpassable customer service, men and women specific…and we haven’t even got to the amazing clothing yet!

The role is commission only based with no upper limits, so you have the opportunity to make as much as you want! Full details would be provided at the next stage.


The ideal person for this position MUST be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

  • 2+ years successful sales experience with clear evidence of meeting sales targets, ideally from a sporting background.
  • Ability to be proactive within the local cycling and triathlon area to generate new business amongst clubs, teams and events.
  • Clear ability to self manage time and work remotely.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidence in attending events and selling to potential customers when required.
  • Great interpersonal and listening skills to really connect with the customer’s needs.
  • Proficiency in written English usage, grammar and punctuation.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
