Healthy Habits Challenge: "Dance Away Stress"

Week six theme reinforces the importance of a good night's sleep.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to week seven of the Healthy Habits Challenge - Dance Away Stress. We've all been spending a lot of time at home recently and it can be difficult finding productive ways to spend all of our pent up energy.

Dancing is the answer. It's a great way to relieve stress, improve your mood, and get your blood pumping. We all know it's kind of hard to have a frown while you're dancing, am I right?

This challenge was inspired by Emma White who showed us last week that dancing is a great solution to many of our social distancing woes.
